Default Rear caliper guide pin bolt won't tighten

Hello guys!

I have a 2000 Grand Voyager 3,3L. I have replaced rear brake shoes, rotors, and pads. I was just about to tighten the last caliper guide pin bolt, when I noticed that it wont tighten. It goes all the way in, but when I try to tight it, it just spins.

I tried the same guide pin bolt in the other hole in the caliper, and it gets tight. So it is not the guide pin bolt threads which are damaged. It suspect that it is caliper assembly holes where guide pin bolt screws into, that has rusty or damaged threads.

I wonder if there is a way to fix threads in the pin hole on caliper assembly? or do I have to change the caliper assembly piece? Or do you think that thread-lock can help in this case? As i mentioned, the guide pin bolt screws all the way in, but wont tighten in the end.

I am very thankful for any suggestion as this is my first mechanic job
