Default Rear VES DVD System Issues

Hi! We are new owners as of March of a 2008 T & C. Have been trying to get the rear DVD player to work now for a long time and cannot get it!

Here is what we can get: it will play on the front screen when the car is not in drive (saety feature, I know.) but, there is no way I can get it to play on the back screens. It seems like when I get to the button "turn Rear VES on" and press that I should get another option but I do not. It almost seems like the system is locked to not be able to turn the VES screens on? There are a "1" and a "2" but they are shaded so I cannot turn them on... Can anyone help?

Unhappy 2008 T&C rear VES issue

We too are having this issue. Have you gotten any resolve? I have found many, many posts on this forum with this same problem. We are sick over it! This was the main reason we purchased our van. Good Luck!

Default Same issue with rear TV not working

Has there been any resolution? I for small kids would love a TV. My front television will also play when it's in park

My 2008 has a similar issue. The middle screen is out and with that the back screen will not play content. The front works fine in park. I pulled the device down and checked and replaced the ribbon cable. Still no luck. My middle screen is out and I have not gone out to find another. My kids just use their tablets.
