Default Rim Swap Question

Hello everyone,

My uncle has a 2004 town and country and he recently bought a set of 18" rims of CL from a Sebring. The problem became apparent when he tried to install them and found out that the Rotor has a bit of a lip on it and the hole in middle of the rim does not fit over it. Is there a solution for this or are the rims incompatible with the vehicle in general. The only thing that I can think of would be to see if they have a set of rotors that don't have that lip. He was thinking of grinding out the hole in the middle to make it bigger.

Any information would be appreciated.
