Default Rough working

My 2002 TC 3.3Lengines functions smoothly while in neutral, but when I engage the transmission and while standing runs very rough. When running at normal speed it runs smoothly.

Default rough working

code is 0305.-I have replaced: the crankshaft sensor, spark plug, injector, fuel pump, throttle control sensor, map sensor. Could it be that the ECU needs flashing?

Are you getting consistent spark and fuel injector pulse, when in gear? If yes then check compression.
