Sahara Chrysler in Las vegas ripped off my 70 year old Mother
This place just ripped my 70 year old mother off. She wentin for a window regulator, and they told my poor mom that if she didn't have aradiator flush, a brake fluid flush, a decarb and other supposed maintenanceissues taken care of, they would void my mother's warranty. They lied and putin the computer my mother agreed to all these repairs, and charged her $950.00for fluid changes on a 26,000 mile vehicle!!! All of the things they charged mymother for, were not part of the scheduled maintenance for a 2014 Chrysler Townand Country with 26,000 miles. They made my mother hold onto a rental car for 5days, and when she went to pick up her car today, she waited for 4 1/2 hours in the lobby,after they called her and told her the car was ready... I am going to contactthe local news stations, and place bad reviews on every single car forum,review site, and internet blog I can find. I am going to create a You Tube vlog,and let everyone know how these people will lie to senior citizens, and scam themout of their hard earned money!!!These people messed with the wrong old lady!!!

No doubt my man...I have never heard of such deceit and dishonesty. I was looking at a hellcat, I will now be looking at GT350 or Corvette. I will not help people like this make a living. This dealership had a perfect, red 6MT Hellcat that I was in love with. I was getting financing info from different banks, including the one i work at, and am going to be buying something this weekend...Not Dodge now, no matter how bad *** their cars are!!!

now dont go change your heart because of a dealer ship experience. A dealer is a business like any other Chrysler does not own them and vice versa. A dealer is an individual owned company and they rent the chrysler dodge jeep name from them and have like all car dealer have rules they go by. SO what you do is find another dealer and buy a car from them. its a franchise like you would see at a McDonald.

Well, thanks to this, and many other forums, The service director reached out to me, and is going to make it right with my Mom. I have an appointment to see him on Wednesday, and hopefully this will be resolved. I will update Wednesday evening. Thanks!!!
