I recently bought a 2007 T&C with the rear DVD entertainment system. About 2 weeks ago, my screen went completely white. The sound from the DVDs still works but there's nothing but white on the screen. It comes on for a short time when I first start the car in the morning but after I go somewhere, stop my car and restart -- the screen is non-operational again.. I already brought the car to the shop and had the screen replaced but it still doesn't work. They are going to replace the head unit but its going to be a while until they get it -- they have to send for it. Just wondering if anyone on this forum experienced the same problem or know anything about this issue. It's an extremely frustrating problem because this was one of the options I couldn't live without! Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated ...

 

This DVD screen problems is quickly turning into a nightmare. The dealership says they have to order the part from the manufacturer. I brought the car in 9/17, they ordered this part for me on 9/19,and it's 9/27 and the dealer is now telling me they don't have any idea when the part will arrive!!!I bought the car just a fewdays over a month on8/24!!! It's very disappointing. I remember the salesman who soldit to me asked me what 3 options I couldn't live without. I replied 1.)Rear Assist; 2.) Navigation; 3.) rearDVD entertainment.If anyone out there can help me out, please do so!!!
