Unhappy Help an Noob with a Fobik Problem 2010 T&C

Hello Everyone,

I'll post a official hello in the welcome thread soon.

I have a 2010 T&C Limited and were down to 1 fob that would work remotely. Both would start the ignition.

I ordered 2 Fobiks off ebay and had to have the dealer program them. I was not able to add them to the system myself.

The Fobs work for the most part, they start the Van, lock and unlock and I can open the tailgate and the left side slider. I CAN'T however open the right side slider or remotely start the van. The ebay seller of course is saying that the fobs work and that the dealer did something wrong. I suppose that it is a possibility but it is my understanding that when the fobs are added to the van system it is simply a matter of adding the fob to the "allowed list" for a lack of a better term.

I don't want to fight this on two fronts. What do all of you suspect is the problem.
