Default Engine Stops.

Yes I would have thought it was the throttle position switch, as if switch not sending voltage to ECU, it thinks engine is stopped.
Resistance check at Switch would confirm that.
Wiring to switch ?

97, check your battery connections for corrosion. I had a 95 voyager that stalled at lights and stop signs. I took it to a small garage and was told the injectors needed cleaning but he wasn't equiped to clean them. I took it to a place that specialized in fuel injection. Turns out the injectors were fine, the problem was corrosion on negative battery terminal. They cleaned the battery terminals and charged me $5.
Worth a shot.
