Default steering judder/whiney noise and tyres

Hi my v6 gv 2002 has 215 65 16 ms 4x4 tyre on when u brought it is this ok? Also normally after a long journey when turning on spot or at low speed there's a juddering and whine through the steering its been there last month or so a garage said they would need to change the cambelt but I always thought it was a chain? Any help would be great

Hi yes its a cam chain in the petrol 3.3 V6, the aux drive belt might need changing also your power steering fluid might need changing, I change mine every 2 years or 20,000 miles.
