T&C 2nd Row Headrest Issues
We have a T&C with fabric seats. After years of having car seats in the 2nd row seats, we finally took them out to find that the headrests in the 2nd row only don't function the way they should.
They will only lock in the highest position. If you try to push in the button to adjust them to any other height, the headrest will fall all the way down. Any other headrest in the front or 3rd row of the car do not do this. All other headrests are able to adjust to any height and lock in this position. Having headrests that don't stay in their positions is dangerous.
I was told by the dealership that this is just the way it is, which is unacceptable. I was told that the headrests work properly in the leather seat models, but not in the fabric seat models. This is ridiculous. Just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this and what your course of action was. Currently going back and forth with the dealer to get this resolved. They have changed the headrest but that did not resolve the issue and I refuse to accept that it is what it is. It's a safety issue.

Thanks. I find it ridiculous that the dealer is trying to tell me that this is just how it is for the 2nd row seats. Seems like a safety issue if you ask me when you can't adjust the headrest to any position besides all the way down and all the way up. Especially since they function properly on the leather seats, just not the fabric seats.
