Default third row power seat problems

My daughter recently bought a 2010 T&C van. The third row seats which have the power stowing option just don't work very well. The smaller passanger seat doesn't work at all and the drivers side seat partially works. It opens and closes very very slowly.

This van has a lot of miles and given how poorly it was maintained I wouldn't be surprised if the seats were "forced" closed by an impatient owner. I spent a grand fixing a bunch of stuff on the van so my daughter could drive it safely.

It doesn't make any unusual noises, my first instinct is that the motors are screwed up. Anyone have any insight and any suggestions on good place to source parts?
