Default UK 2003 2.5crd front suspension

Hi. I'm in the UK and have a 2003 Chrysler Voyager 2.5crd. I need to change the btm suspension arm rear bush on both sides of the car as I think the rear bushes may have failed and cause the front tyres to rub on the chassis when on full steering lock. I ordered a btm arm repair kit from an eBay shop so I could change the front bush and the ball joint at the same time, but the rear bush sent looks different to the one on my car. Mine appear to be round and have a metal outer. The one's sent are just a big block of rubber. I found a manual online and it appears there are 2 types of rear bush - the big rubber block that is wiggled onto the mounting stub on the suspension arm until it pops over a stop and another type of bush that has to be pressed onto the mounting stub on the suspension arm. It looks like I have the latter, maybe because it's a UK car. Anyway, I presume that the bushes are not interchangeable because they probably need different mounting stubs on the suspension arms and therefore there are probably 2 types of suspension arms. Having phoned the main dealer and suffered a heart attack when I found out it's going to cost over £700 for a pair of complete btm arms, I'm looking for a cheaper option. I saw on ebay a pair of new btm suspension arms, complete with bushes and ball joints for less than £200. They come with the rubber block type of rear bush. Does anyone know if these will fit my car? Are there 2 types of mounting on the body of the car, or are the 2 types of suspension arm interchangeable? Has anyone replaced the btm suspension arms on their driveway? Any tips?
Also, anyone know of an easy way to change the strut top bearings? It appears that the front springs are difficult to compress and I've read that even some dealers will not offer a strut top bearing replacement service.
Sorry for a lengthy post, I just don't want to spend over £700 on parts. That's about 850usd btw.

See Euro car parts for the control arms that you need. They've just finished a 30% discount weekend past so you could have had each arm at below £100. As too the top strut bearings I'm looking into that issue...

I've just had a look at the euro website. They list the arms, but the photo is of an arm with the rubber block rear bush. If I could be sure they are a direct replacement for my arms with the other type of rear bush, I'd buy them.

Per Euro they look like 6158 30090 & 6158 30100. Or how about Fleebay the 2 off for £59.99. Last pair. Run. Same ribs on back rubbers too. ATP producer.

Thanks for posting those photos. I was able to see them before I logged in, but I think I have the same type of btm arms. I think the kit I bought doesn't actually fit all Voyagers from 00 - 07 after all. Have now found the type of arm I need, judging by the photos. Will update this thread after I get the things fitted.

Yeh I paid £66 instead of £94 which is a good 30% saving eh what. I'm still waiting though but back discs and shoes not needed after checking shoes inside, so going into my stock. Oil filter change soon and steering drumstick this weekend. Top strut bearing from fleebay but after looking into it, it's only the plastic bearing ring that needs replaced at about £12 - £18 instead of the whole metal top hat casing at £34. Balljoint rubber boots from fleebay as well. Boots on trackrod ends gone after renewing last year, thought JCP were better quality too.
