Wind bufffeting/whistle from the windshield?
We were driving on the highway into a head/crosswind with some gusting today. Maybe 15 or so times, the buffeting morphed into a momentary long-u sounding whistle, kinda like blowing across the mouth of a bottle. Is this common to happen? I've also noticed a wind noise rumble through the vents when the HVAC is in certain modes. I couldn't tell if the first sound was also coming through the vents, or maybe from around the bottom of the windshield.
BTW, it's a '14 T&C that we got less than two weeks ago.

Most of the time something like that is caused by the rails on the rack outside make them spaced apart far enough the air will flow across them with ease. As for the vents there air inlet is at the base of the windshield so if u get the air tumble across the windshield not a whole lot can be done about it. Not called the windy city for nothing lol

OK, so... how did you know we went to Chicago?? It's not exactly central Illinois. Are you stalking me, because that would be super.
The roof rack is the newer kind that stows down. The sound was definitely from in front around the base of the windshield.
