Default 1996 Plymouth Breeze Idle

Hi, I have a problem with my 1996 2.0L Breeze. The steering wheel vibrates really rough when either in drive when stopped and sometimes in park. does anyone have any idea as to what it can possibly be? I replaced spark plugs, wires, cam and crank sensors. The vibration seems to come thru the steering wheel even though the rpms stay the same about 700-800. Thanks.

Default 96 Breeze

I inherited the car from my dad in 04. He was the original owner. The vibration in the steering seems to be getting worse over time. I am not sure if there is some sort of steering component that has failed like a damper or something. I dont want to take apart just yet until I have some more info.
