Default 2000 Breeze Ignition fuse problem

My friend has a 2000 Breeze with a 2.4 DOHC. The starter/ignition/fuel pump fuse keeps blowing. The fuse blew, replaced it, then the starter stayed engaged after starting it. Replaced the starter, all was fine for a week. Fuse blew last night, replaced it, drove fine until tonight when the fuse blew again. Now the fuse blows everytime you go to start it. Would there be a short in the ignition switch or fuel pump?

Grab a wire diagram and see all of what is on that fuse.

Went to check out car yesterday, put in fuse, car started right up. Now can't get fuse to blow. Hard to find problem if it's working. Checked all wiring I could find (starter and fuel pump), relays, etc. Had load test put on starter and battery. Guess I'll have to wait until it happens again.
