Default 95 cirrus lxi

[&:]Hello, Seems you guys/gals know what your talking about so i present my question. what would make a 95 cirrus lxi 2.5l (H ) not start only when or right after it rains??? I recently (oct 06) had the transmission rebuilt and valve cover done for oil leak(still leaking) ,prior repairs includeegr valve, 2-02 sensors, relay replaced for ac, shifter cable also replaced (recall) and belt. all at chrysler. the car will not throw any codes or repeat what it does at the dealer. when i do get the car started it runs very ruff or stalls, little or no excelleration when you attempt to drive it untill it warms up. after it warms it's fine. The funny thing is the car had no issue with starting before the tranmission was rebuilt. Any ideas or help appreciated,I love the car hate the problem. Please help solve this mystery.

I dropped the car off yesterday in anticipation of rain and the car did not start for them. they are saying it is the distributer.and $1000 to order the part(yikes). moisture issue. If it is the distributer would the car act up all the time?
