Default 98 Cirrus - Random Misfire

I have a 98 Cirrus that had a bad crank sensor and oil sensor. Since this was fixed, Every week I get a Check Engine light flashing and then on. I have taken it to the shop and everytime it is a misfire in a random cyl. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. What are my options at this point?
