99 Cirrus Dash Display

Default 99 Cirrus Dash Display
I just can't find out whats wrong... the electronic display on the dash has gone black.. you know.. the one that displays miles and trips.. its black. Cant seem to find a fuse just for the display, no wires seem to be loose. Pulling out hair on this one. Any Ideas?
