Default cirrus 2.5 bogs when hot

Hello I have a 97 cirrus 2.5 that has a terrible hesitationwhen it gets warm. It gives me no codes and it has new: plugs, wires, fuel filter, cranksensor, tps, distributor, map sensor. I have the egr blocked off, it has good fuel pressure and volume, and it doesnt lose spark. After it gets warm if you snap the throttle, it bogs terribly. If you are driving it you have a hard time getting home. It has a perfect idle, will idle as long as you want. Any ideas?

I forgot to put that in my entry one of the first things I tried was disconnecting the exhaust at the y. It acted the same.

how do you have the EGR valve blocked off ? pinched hose? they had big problems with egr valves on this engine.

The tube is removed, intake port blocked and vacuum line removed and plugged off.
