lots of problems part 2

I have a power steering leak. when I checked under the car (95 cirrus 2.5 v6 automatic) the leak seemed to be coming from the middle of the rack and pinion. the outer boots are dry. it is near the area where the 2 steel hoses attach to the rack and pinion on the top. is it possible that the rack and pinion could leak in this spot? or is it more then likely on of the steel hoses?
