Default Rear interior door latch adjustment

Recently on our 2000 Cirrus the interionr door latch on the passenger side quit working, then the rear drivers side door did also. Shortly there after the passenger side outside door latch quit opening the door. I have adjusted the outside door latch to open the door but no matter where I adjust it the inside latch will not open the door. How does one adjust the latching mechanism so that the inside door handle will open the door? The child proof locks are not engaged and the door is not locked.

At a loss as to what to do.
