This one puzzles me. Changed cap,rotor,wires, plugs. Have spark an fuel. Checked voltages at distributor plug. 5 volts on the one wire 8 volts on the other per the manual. Is it safe to assume then the PCM is good? I haven't checked the crank sensor yet but it looks to have been changed before. Any help would be appreciated this is my first Chrysler

if U have spark and fuel it will fire up go recheck and see what u are missing
