Default 1998 Chrysler Voyoger not Starting

My grand voyager 3.3 not starting, when I turn the key.

I already checked the following:
Battery (new and good)
Lights on the dash board ( glows and doesn’t turn off)
Shift lever ( is in the parking)

When we turn the key I can hear the relays click (getting the signal from the switch).
The starter is fine( when supply given directly it rotates).
All leads are ok and the fuel pump is working fine.

The mechanic said there is no current coming to the ignition system. He also said he is looking for a device similar to a circuit breaker.
