Default 97 Concorde 3.5 - No Spark?

I have a 1997 Concorde with the 3.5 liter engine. I drove to work the other day and after work when I went to start my car it would only turn over. It turns over fine and all the lights work too. At firstI suspected a bad fuel pump or relay. Checked on those and was getting pressure at the rail. I tried to run it on starting fluid then but it still wouldn't fire. I pulled the plug wires off at the coil and noticed I was getting no spark at the coil pack. So I replaced the coil pack and still no spark. I am new to these engines and do not know the common problems they have. I'm assuming there is a bad wire or something somewhere but I don't know where to start looking. Every now and then the check engine light flashes when the car is not running but the key is at the "on" position. I am hoping that I can read codes later in the day. But the check engine light has done that for as long as I have had it so I doubt that is the issue. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Ok so I ran a OBD II scan and got some miscellaneous cyl misfires. I checked voltage to the cam sensor and got 5 volts. I then checked to make sure that I was getting 12 volts to the coil, and found NONE! No power to coil pack confuses me. I checked all the fuses and made sure the engine and frame was grounded and found no issues there. Any ideas?
