Audio imputs on teh CD/DVD changer

Just got a 2004 Pacifica with this feature. Would like to know if "Monster" brand cables will make a noticable difference on the playback. Have a "Sansa" Mp3 player with about 700 songs. The older converted selections of of Lp's do not have the audio qualities of newer media............Thus I am getting a lot of feedback.
