2003 chrysler sebring, heat
i own a 03 sebring two door and when i stop my heater starts to blow cold air, but when im driving it it blows extremely hot, and then when i have the a/c on and stop it blows warm air, but when i drive it blows really cold. i need help so bad before i sell it. its a really nice car. could it be the thermostat? it stays at a constant temperature on the gauge on the dashboard. or could it be the coolant in the radiator, or could it be the most expensive thing. the heater core. thanks for the help

Most probably, it's low coolant and low refrigerant. Check the level of coolant and make sure it's up to where it should be. By the way, don't mix green and yellow coolant. When you add coolant, add the same type that's in there already.
You probably need to add some refrigerant as well. If it's not down after 7 years, I'd be surprised. You can buy R-134a at your local auto parts store, and a kit to put it in. If you are planning to get rid of the car, try adding one can and see if the situation is improved. If you are planning on keping the car, you might want to consider taking it to a place that services A/C systems and having them check it out.
