Default ABS Brake Bleed

I hope there is a Chrysler technician or OBD2 specialist out there who can provide some assistance. I have a 2001 Chrysler Concorde that I had to repair a ruptured brake line. All of the fluid drained from the master cylinder when the line ruptured. The repair was completed and the "base" brake system was properly bled according to the FSM. I have a hard pedal and the brakes perform as they should. The problem is that the ABS MIL light is on along with the Traction Control Off light. The FSM indicates that this will require the ABS system to be bled. I am a DIY'er and want to purchase the correct bidirectional scan tool to bleed the ABS HCU. A lot of scanners I see online do not support the 2001 Chrysler Concorde. So, does anybody out there actually know what brand or model of scanner/ABS bleeder I should be looking at? There has to be someone out here that has correctly
done an ABS bleed on a 2001 LH platform.
Thanks.

You do NOT need a scanner to bleed the ABS on this car. Bleed the system normally (appears already done)
Cycle the key ON/ OFF a few times dwelling ON for a few (5) seconds. Re bleed system & repeat the process.
Once assured you have a "decent" pedal (may not be perfect yet) drive the car in a safe area a few blocks.
The system should reset and lights go off. One more bleed for good measure and you should be good to go.

Per the FSM the system "self tests" and the ABS Module recharges the accumulators.
START-UP CYCLE
When the ignition is turned on, a popping sound
and a slight brake pedal movement may be noticed.
The ABS warning indicator lamp will also be on for
up to 5 seconds after the ignition is turned on. These
conditions occur as part of ABS self-diagnosis check.
The popping sound is a result of brief activation of
the solenoids in the integrated control unit.
DRIVE-OFF CYCLE
When the vehicle is first driven off, a humming
may be heard or felt by the driver at approximately
25–40 km/h (15–25 mph). This is caused by brief activation
of the ABS pump/motor and is a normal function
of ABS as part of the self-diagnosis check.
I Have successfully done this many times.

OK, I will try what you suggest, as soon as it gets above freezing. Regarding the ABS self-diagnosis check, in the 10+ years I have owned the car I have never heard or felt the ABS perform a self-diagnosis, and ABS/Traction Control always worked when required.

Finally solved my issue with the ABS/Traction Control dash light being lit. I purchased a scanner with ABS diagnostic capabilities and identified a "right rear sensor circuit failure." After doing some verification testing I narrowed down the circuit failure to a faulty right rear wheel speed sensor. I replaced the sensor and ABS is now operational again, the the dash lights are no longer lit.
