Default Blower motor - strange problem - HELP - 2004 Pacifica

I also posted this also under the Pacifica section but haven't had any response

2004 Pacifica with automatic temp control. The blower stopped working yesterday, I called Advanced Auto this morning and purchase a new RU1093 Module for $86.00 which is the only one they show. Replaced unit and turned key to on (didn't start car) and all is well, blower works again on any and all settings. changed temp settings and blower responded as it should.
Now when I start the engine the blower kicks in for 4 seconds and then boom! it shuts down. Everything looks normal, indicator lights show it should be running at any of the desired settings but nothing, no blower.
Turn the car off and the key back to on and the blower is now working again, until I start the engine.

Anyone have any ideas what I can try next?
Could it be the wrong module?

Fixed! after 2 bad modules from advance auto I finally went to the dealer and got the oem one and it works! Oh, and it was $2.00 cheaper!
