Broken A/C Vent

Go to chryslerparts.net and search for your part. They have diagrams there. After your jaw drops to the floor from the prices, consider going to a local junkyard or u-pick-it place to find a replacement part.
Those things usually pop in very easily and can be popped out with a plastic trim tool which are inexpensive and worth their weight in gold when working on interior trim pieces. Alternatively, go on eBay and find somebody who is parting out a Pacifica. He won't be advertising that part but he'll be glad to pull it and sell it to you if you write to him and ask.
If you can find a replacement part, look at it carefully to see how it's held in place, then carefully pry out the old one and pop in the replacement.
