Default Caliper piston wont screw in

Doing a rear brake job on my 2008 Chrysler T&C. The piston in the caliper is the screw type but it wont screw back in. I've got at least 50 revolutions on the crazy thing and no movement. It was almost all the way out as I waited to long but I'm thinking that shouldnt matter.

I do have the proper tool to apply to the outside of the piston to get it to screw in and I'm turning the piston in the clockwise rotation.

Hopign someing has an idea as to what I'm doing wrong or how to get the piston to screw in.

the tool you need twists the caliper and also pushing it back in at the same time
