Default HELP! My 2000 chrysler Concorde 2.7l has fallen, and can't get up! Electrical nightma

The other day my 2000 concorde 2.7l, malfunctioned on me. I stopped at a gas station and when I tried to leave,i turned the key and EVERYTHING went black. Not a flash, pop, click....nothing. Totally DOA. Jumped it off and made it home. When I turned the vehicle off...it wouldn't restart. No lights....no bells....nothing. Battery had 4.8vdc on it. Battery was from 2011, so I bought a new one. Still does the same thing....running, alternator is putting out 14.4 vdc....but the battery is either not getting the charge...not taking the charge....or the alternator is not sending the charge. Got jumped and went to AutoZone to check electrical system...as soon as they introduced a load during the test, the car shut off just like before. Like someone pulled the plug. Nothing. He said it was a bad altenator. I pulled it off and took it to 3 different auto parts stores and all 3 said it was a good alternator. One guy said my external voltage regulator could be shot...its integrated into the ecu and costs anywhere from 350-500 bucks...I'm losing my mind. I don't know where to turn. Its getting very expensive really quickly. I heard that I could use an older external voltage regulator on my vehicle, that isn't part of the ecu.... is that a possibility? How? Help me someone! I posted a video on youtube of the situation if anyone cares to look.

Look for a corroded connection in the charging circuit. Could be either hot or ground side. Could be more than one. Clean and re-tighten anything that you can find.
