Default High oil pressure light & engine bogging down

The oil pressure light comes on intermittantly. I have checked the oil level, and it is not high. It usually comes on after I have accelerated sharply and then slowed down fairly quickly afterwards, as one does when manuevering in traffic. The oil was changed about 3000 miles ago, but the car has been driven lightly, commuting to work and back.
The other issue, possibly related (?) is that the car is bogging down in idle, and has to be babied into high enough revs to even move from stop. Neither of these problems occur at the same time, nor do they happen consistently. I thought maybe I got some bad gasoline, so I ran some fuel injector cleaner and some gas drier through a couple of tanks of gas, but it's still happening (although not as often). I will also add that the car hasn't been on the highway for more than 10 miles at 65mph in around 4 months.

By the way, the car I am referring to is a Chrysler Crossfire, 2008. OOPS.
