Need smog check. Have a P0325 knock code. But car doesn't have a knock sensor???HELP
So I recently replaced the crank sensor, pcm, and cam sensor. As well as repaired a totally corroded wire in the wiring harness under the batt. tray that was causing a no start condition. Car sits a lot. As in months. It is a winter car. Prior to the no start condition, there was no check engine light.
Got the car running. I have been driving it to get the readiness monitors set so I can get my smog test. I have a scan gauge and checked for codes. A P0325 appeared. I cleared it. 5 minutes later it was back. No check engine light though.
From what I have researched, there is no knock sensor on the 2005 T and C 3.3.
Question?
If no knock sensor, then what is causing this code?
Could it be old gas?
Bad "new" cam sensor?
I read that it is a #1 cylinder bank issue. If so, then where should I begin?
I have to get this fixed by next Sunday.
