Default Service tire system soon wont go off! Help!

I rotated my tires and the alert came on my dash and wont go away. I rotated the tires back and it still says "Service Tire System Soon". All tires are inflated to 35psi so that isn't it. So if it just got all messed up from rotating the tires how do I reset all of the sensors so it can read that it is full of air? It is on my 2004 Pacifica 2wd.
