Default Torque Conveter or Shift points?

My 2007 PAC AWD Touring, was reflashed, and they the TC was replaced. This has not improved the Shudder or lugging as I call it. The rumble in the floor can be felt and even heard. The dealer would even put in another TC if I said ok. But I am not sure that will do much to help. I think it's the shifting points. In what ever gear it's in at 1200 to 2000 if there is even a little incline the lugging starts.

Does anyone with some Chrysler experience have a good suggestion?

My dealer is great and will do what ever I ask that is reasonable.

you need to ask these people your transmissionquestions. i have known these people from the 60s, they are the best, and very honest. 90% of all trans shops get there parts from them.
