I wanted to check the strength, concentration, of antifreeze in my '05 Sebring to find out what the freezing point is. The antifreeze looks like it might be the conventional green ethylene glycol type but seems to have a bit more of a yellow appearance to it. I'm thinking it might be a mix of yellow and green. My question is can you use the same antifreeze tester (hydrometer) to test yellow extended life coolant as you use for conventional green ethylene glycol coolant? Would you still get an acurate reading?
