Default 2001 Town & Country Front Blower / Resistor Issue

Hello,

I have a 2001 Town & Country 3.3L LX. The rear ac blower is working but the front is not! I replaced the resistor behind the glove box with what appears to be an OEM part. The air is now flowing but only on low. When I shut the air off completely then the "high" kicks in.. A co-worker tells me NOT to use the OEM part. He also mentioned a Modified resistor but I cant seem to find out anything on this part.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Steve
