Default 2003 pt won't start

I have a 2003 pt that won't start. I replaced the plugs, wires, coil, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor. The timing belt was changed a month ago and car ran fine then. It just quit one day. Fuel pressure is 100 to 115 psi. I have spark. In my day fuel and spark did the trick. The oil is ok and oil pressure is fine.
Please help before I burn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks. The problem is the fuel pump! I poured gas into intake and it fired up. The pump runs but obviously its not getting gas. The pressure should be 55 to 65 psi but the reading was acyuially 110?????????????????
