The DVD player in our Pacifica didn't handle the cold very well and began searching for DVD's (lights scanning) when we started it on a cold morning in Washington State. After a year of scanning back and forth, it is now making a grinding noise trying to eject a non-existant DVD. I want to disable it. The car is marvelous and has served us well. Everything else is in excellent condition after 87,000 miles.
