Question 2006 chrysler 300 (code P0732)

Had a code of P0732. When driving down the highway, it will pop into neutral and when going in 2nd gear will slip. I don't know if there is a transmission sensor/relay that maybe bad causing the transmission not to perform correctly. Has 126,000 miles on engine. If anybody has idea, please let me know. Thanks

It has a 3.5L engine, not sure about the Aotmatic transmission.

How do you check the transmission fluid? I don't see a stick any where. I do see a small cap that stated for dealer use that seems where a fluid stick would go in.
