Just brought home my 98 sebring lxi. Love it but I'm hoping this forum can sovle my problem. Idling okay but when you drive it and go to stop it dies. Previous owner replaced plugs and wires, cap, crank sensor, mass air sensor, and then distributor, he gave up after the distributor. Friend said unplug idle air control and if that was the problem, it would stop the problem, that didn't work. Read somewhere else about EGR but haven't tried that yet. I will check other posts for solutions. Any help appreciated.
