Exclamation Need help immediately, pls take a look, 95 sebring lxi!

Hey, everyone,

I planed to buy a 95 sebring lxi, with 117k mileage on it and the seller wanted $1800. Just checked the car today. All functions seemed work good when we were driving it except Exhaust Gas Recirculation(maybe, because the sound was a bit loud, beyond my expectation and the seller said it was probable the EGR.) I found some comments about the 95 sebring lxi car as below:
"Periodic problems on this vehicle are failures of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve and the Distributor. Failure of the Distributor applies to (2.5L V6 engines) only. Failure of the Distributor may prevent the vehicle from starting. "

It's my first time to buy a car and of course a chrysler. So I need more advice, any kind about the car. Like, is it a fair price with this mileage(117k)? And, I have no idea about mechanics, so according to the comments above, should I be expected to repair frequently about the EGR or Distributor? I don't have much money to spend on it. Finally, could anyone can help me check the Carfax report (VIN#:4c3au52n4se182809). I checked several websites, all I found was that there were 24 record(s) for this vehicle. They charge for detailed report. I appreciate for anyone could check that for me.

I set the time with the seller next monday, decision needs to be make then. So. I appreciate if these questions could be figured out before that. And also, I appreciate for your looking at it.

David

That's what I've known. The reason I didn't do that is I have a pretty tight budget, and the price has already out of it. As I said, this is my first car, and I don't make money myself now. It's just kind of save a little bit money if someone could help me that. I hope you guys don't misunderstand me, but I am not asking others pay that for me. The car fax can be paid by one report or by monthly using. What I expect is somebody has already paid for monthly could help me. However, it's not important now. I decided not to buy that one due to greatly possibility of the failure of engine.
Thank you guys anyway for taking a look and responding.
