Hello to everyone from Arizona. I have a 1997 Chrysler Concorde LX w/ 80,000 miles on it. I have a few problems going on but the biggest one is overheating. It has always had problems with cooking system since my g-ma bought it new. I have blown a head gasket, blown the reservoir 2 times, 3 thermostats, the bleeder on the thermostat housing welded itself shut, and now it appears the water pump is shot. It over heated and died out when I was pulling over. Gauge read 3/4 hot. Now It doesnt start at all. The car has always turned right over needing no more than a quick turn of the key. Water is leaking from the timing belt plate. Could this be the reason it doesnt start? The timing belt is shot as well? After checkin spark plugs it appears one is not getting any spark leading me to believe it might need a crank shaft positioning sensor as well. Does this sound right? I have checked the fuel pump and its working. this is about as far as my car knowledge goes. Please share any ideas u may have. Please & Ty!
