Thinking of buying a 300m

Can anyone give me any advice on what I should be looking for. The car is a 2000 300m, it looks to be well maintained. However, the mileage if scary @ 164k. Are there any issues that are expensive and common for this car? Would you buy yours again? Thanks in advance for your help.
