ok So i got this email today from some on have no idea who.... some one more wise then I tell me what I should have said or done because WTF hehe I will post later what I said back to him when I get some feed back =) "Im sorry to bother you do i need two puller to get a steering pump pulley off a dodge I/ve been down for 2 weeks couse of this the nears shop is 25 miles away thanks for your help and again I'm sorry to bother you scott wv."

I guess I would have pointed him to a pulley removal tool like this:

But you're right. When somebody can barely write a coherent sentence, it makes it hard to figure out what he is trying to say.
