Smoking is the practice, where he burns a substance, most commonly tobacco or marijuana, and the smoke tasted or inhaled. The most common method today, the smoke through the cigarette, especially manufacturing industry, but also hand-rolled with loose tobacco and rolling paper.

You don't have to quit smoking. Just don't light up the next one.

One at a time. That's how your start, that's how you stop.

Some people want to quit smoking as they know about the cigarettes are most addictive and destructive substance. Believe in yourself that you can quit. Ask your friends and family member to support you to quit this. Set a date in your mind to quit this forever. Start excercise daily which relieves stress and helps your body. Drinks lots of water which is good for you anyway.

If your current response, emphasizing the use of cigarettes, you need to find something else to do. Deep breathing, self massage my neck and shoulders, and the movement has been a miracle for me. Other habits, such as you in the morning the first thing to do, or do you in the car, or whatever you usually have the habit of smoking, should be better, more positive replacement. Running has been my best positive habit, but I have to replace a number of other smoking.
