93 plymouth acclaim 3.0

Ok here we go this is what works horn headlights hi and low backup lights dome light lighter hazard lights heater blows.now what doesnt work windshield wipers radio and when you turn the key it doesnt crank or even make a sound so in other words wont start...ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
