Dual Climate Control no heat on Passenger Side

Hello, So, my 1997 Town And Country LXI has a switch that allows the passenger and driver to change the temperature of the air/heat, however recently the Passenger side only blows cold when it's on full heat. I think it is probably either the Vent Door Actuator, or the Vent Door itself, is there an easy way to test and figure out which? I don't really want to tear apart the dash board if I don't have to, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Phil

the motors are on the driver side near the gas pedal move the knob and see if the doors are moving along with the motors.

so have someone move the Heat/Cool levers and see if the motors are moving, where could you tell if the doors are moving?

ok gotcha, I know at least one motor is moving, because the Drivers side works just fine.... I will test that out tonight.... thanks!
