Need info on a 1992 LeBaron

I'm looking into a 1992 LeBaron... GTC turbo (not sure if thats the name of it). It's the 2.5 turbo motor. It's in pretty good shape. The hood has clear coat coming off and the back window on the top isn't sealed all the way at the bottom. It has 114,000 miles on it and he wants 1300 for it. I'm curious are there any problems I need to look for in this car? I head something about the oil seal on the turbo and some kind of exhaust thing on it as well. I hear the exhaust part is easy to replace but the oil seals are what i'm mainly curious about. If anyone can clue me in on any problems these things might have please do! Thanks
