Default 92 Caravan C/V w rear bench "cheap"

I have a 1992 Caravan C/V with a rear bench I am trying to sell. I replaced the engine with one (3.0 litre) in 2006 it had between 75-85K I believe and maybe a year before that the Tranny was replaced with a rebuilt one so the Van has approx 202K on it the engine I would say has 110K max and the tranny has 25K-30K on it max as we never went out of town and some weeks we maybe drove it 2 times.
I hate to see it go to a scrapper if somone needs parts, A/C works great, has good alternator plus I have a extra one and some harness wires from engine swap, has newer starter I believe is 2 years old, 2 year old fuel pump also. At the moment I believe Master cylinder went out as we lost our brakes (all of them) the exact same time as Passenger wheel cylinder blew out, I replaced both wheel cylinders, installed new shoes bled a quart of brake fluid through system and it acted fair although I could never get Brake liight stay off especially if you pushed real hard on brakes, but they would wwork and lock up 2 wheels then all of a sudden barely any brakes even if ya pump them. I decided time to use our money we been saving and purchase ourselves a newer van.
Location in Milwaukie, Or basically S.E. Portland Oregon, I am not interested in making a killing maybe a bit more then scrap price if somone wanted to fix or use parts I would just feel alot better knowing it was being used for something good and not just on the way to becoming ZRoll of sheet metal and the expensive tranny being a coke can.
Also has a fairly new radiator in it that If I remember was a bit over $200 when new. See alot of good parts I would hate to see ruined but I cannot strip it and sell them off or I would do that in a heartbeat.
If scraping price is 200-250 I think $300 IS FAIR?? OR mAKE OFFER
